Our SBC program is a collaboration between the Sandage Department of Advertising in the College of Media and the Department of Business Administration in the Gies College of Business, combining contemporary business management with the latest in strategic integrated marketing, advertising and multimedia communications.

What are the requirements for admission?

  • The SBC program is flexible, and our application requirements are as well.
  • While a Bachelor's degree is required, your degree can be in any discipline.
  • GRE test scores are not required.

Where do students get jobs?

  • From 2021 through 2023, 40% of SBC graduates found positions in brand management, communications, and digital marketing; 25% entered roles in content strategy and creative direction;15% worked in public relations; and 10% pursued roles in niche industries like healthcare, aerospace, and nonprofit management.
  • During this same period, graduates secured positions across 15+ industries, with notable representation in finance (20%), healthcare (18%), education (12%), public relations (10%), and sports organizations (8%).
